Block warningsUSRegions

Not sure if anyone has reported an issue, but I think there is a problem with this block and PHP 8.0/8.1
Normally it says 'No warnings.... etc' in green lettering, but under 8.1 this verbiage does not appear. I am not sure if it works when there is a warning, but now that I have noticed the issue, I will keep an eye on it.
