Issue with Database BU by Year

I am not getting a response on a database backup by year no matter what version of PHP I run.
I AM able to backup the entire DB on all versions of PHP, but not by year. It is just a very large file.

These are the mods of the admin folder I'm currently using ( php 8.1 compatible ).
Tested now and exporting of alldata and alldataExtra tables by year works on my site

As always, make a backup of the original files before trying

Tested and also works. AWESOME, we needed this. Thank you so much for this.
The download All and All extra did not work (for testing) but I recently downgraded my hosts available Memory for cost savings so no big deal.
I went from paying $203.88 a year to $72.00 US Dollar (IONS.com my host) for many features I never used and space I didn't need. Still have unlimited space and everything I had before except for 19 gig's of memory I never needed.

I am on Ionos as well and using Performance Level 2 (6 gig ram and 600 processes/min) for $0 add with absolutely no issues. I am only paying $5.20 a month.
unlimited storage
unlimited calls and transfer
Unlimited databases
25 FTP users
Unlimited email forwards
50 Real email accounts
Is that pretty close to your plan Andy?

It is Tom but I got bumped down to only 5 email users. No biggie since I only need one.
