In 2) you need to insert your openweathermap.org key ( if you have not already inserted in the main meteotemplate in place of the darksky api key )

Does it show any error?
After installing the new block and running setup, remember to delete the cache ( or you will continue to see previously cached data, until cache expires ).
If this does not work, I could test the block on your server, but a need a write access to your server ( via ftp or a file manager ).

Hello,

I'm trying to download the zip but the link doesn't work

@Oscarmr
The link to the zip works for me. I am using Chrome.
I found Chrome tries to block the download as it thinks the zip file might be unsafe - I have to tell chrome to "keep it"
When using Firefox browser the file downloads with no issues.

Hope that helps a bit
Gary
