I am running the WU import page - all runs fine but the data does not seem to be intergrated back into Meteotemplate?

When i click 'Import Data' - all the data loads fine but at the end of i get:

Record number 292 has incorrect date/time format, this data row is completely ignored...
Date parsed as: 1970-01-01 01:00
Skipping...

This occurs irrespective of the date i choose - the station is igreater13

When i go to a data view:

It does not seem to have loaded the data - am i missing a step?
