On my web site the cloud height shows like this

On other web sites it looks like this:

My Block is version 4.0 Why am I missing the cloud graphics?

Hi Bob,
did you install this block using the auto-install feature prior to the bug fix package release? Because there was a bug which caused the icons not being copied.
Solution is either re-downloading the block manually unzipping it and uploading to your template, or alternatively, apply the bug fix package (do that for sure) and then auto-install again.

Manual install of the block solved the problem.
Also installed the bug fix 16 pack.
