Hello to all, Im building the site but my impression is that the mobile one is not completely responsive. The layout does not fit the page but horizontal scroll bar it appears. Do you have any tip? Im trying with a Samsung S6.
My "work in progress" mobile url: http://www.pusterla.net/template/indexMobile.php

My current url (no meteotemplate) that I consider fully responsive is http://meteobesate.pusterla.net/ and with this one no problem with all screen size
Suggestions?
Thanks
Giordano

It looks ok to me when I look at it on a computer, but I cannot tell how it looks on your phone. You might want to use the landscape mode, not portrait. The template is not fully responsive.

Hi Jachym,
I have looked at the problem, and I think that a basic solution could be very easy.
Looking at the mobile site behaviour, on single column, this is what I understood:

- The main "background" page, is fully responsive, and fits mobile display immediately.
-Than the blocks are rendered above the background, but they are not fully responsive, so they cannot shrink below a given width (in my case about 470/480 px). The result is that they go out of the main background page on the right side, causing the horizontal scrolling of the page in the browser (wich has fit to the background page).

In my idea, the problem would be probably solved by setting a MINIMUM width of the main background page, let's say to 500.
The mobile browser would fit it and the blocks would not go out on the left.
What do you think?
If it works, it would be probably easy to add a "minimum mobile page width" to the main settings of the template :D

I changed the mobile page about 5-6 times, bascially in all versions since version 8. It always is the case that one group of people says "yes, great now it works ok". And other group says "it worked and now it does not".

I mentioned in the blog some time ago that the only way to make this 100% responsive and nice would be if I used a fixed layout - fixed set of blocks, columns etc. Then yes. But there is no way (or at least I cant do it) to make it fully responsive if you dont even know what you are working with, given also the number of various screen sizes, mobile browsers etc. And when I asked if people want fixed homepage and responsiveness or possibility to choose blocks and layout, majority wanted flexibility.

I will not be making any changes to the mobile page. Currently it works ok in most cases, most higher end phones can even view the desktop page without any problems and have resolutions same as monitors. You might just have to use landscape mode instead of portrait.
