Database updae issue with cumulus

Hei,
I have issue where when i run the Test Cumulus script i get this error:
Its really hard to see what side is off because it doesnt show seconds.
Also could this rule be relaxed somehow little bit?

There seems to be a problem with the date and time. Either it has not been parsed correctly or it is a date/time in the future! Check the format you specified and also the actual values.Also could this rule be relaxed somehow little bit?
