I'm changing the colors in the Main Setup and I'm not seeing the changes when I check the Home Page. Other changes take affect right away, but I am not see new colors.
Am I missing something?
UPDATE: Switched browsers and seeing the changes.

Yes, because your original browser cached the CSS file with the original colors.
Try refresh using CTRL+F5

I have IE set to delete all temp files every time I close it. Just did CNTRL+F5 and it is still stuck. UGH
But I've looked at the site on other browsers and devices and they all have the new colors. So whatever is going on with my IE on this PC I'll troubleshoot (or not) when I get some time.
It's not a problem with the template, it's local.

IE.... always problems, that browser is by far the worst Ive ever seen and I never even tried optimizing things for it because it is impossible

Each version behaves differently, unexpectedly and never like all the other browsers

That is so true!
I use it because of that, I build websites and check them on IE first. If they work there, I can usually be sure they work everywhere else! LOL
But that is something I've done for so many years and now the importance has become much less. Just habit, hanging onto the past. Just like wishing Flash did not die off. It was so cool, so powerful, so fun! But also hacker candy for malicious coders...

I have a different experience. It usually works in IE and only in IE. Or it works in Chrome, FF, Opera, Safari, Maxthon, Android browser, you name it and not in IE.... and of course what works in IE11 often does not work in IE10, IE9... what works in IE10 does not work in IE11 or IE9 etc etc... no wonder MS abandoned it as well, replacing it with Edge, which is hopefully a bit more standardized.
Although...
this is how Edge handles Azure (Microsoft product), here is a short video from the MS presentation:

And my question is

If Microsoft is unable to make a page work fine in Edge, who else should

That is a riot!!
I recently finished an intranet project that dragged on for two years for a decent sized corporate client and everything worked great for their requirements that it was perfect for IE11. We tested and tested, all good.
On launch we started to get complaints that the "Search box" was missing, or just the top few pixels were showing up. None of us (myself and those in the corporate HQ building) could duplicate the issue, but we all saw screenshots that showed what was happening.
I happened to put my IE into "compatibility" mode which takes it back about 10 years and the issue appeared! Ah ha!
I suggested that every branch disable the Compatibility mode in the browser and everything would be fine. But that was "too much" for them! UGH
Luckily there was a one line fix to the header include that took care of it.
