In The Netherlands we use the following format:

Fulldate 01-09-2015 9:50

Units 1.234,56

Is it possible to add these settings in the setup?

Yes, I can do that in some future version, however only date/time, the number formats are fixed, always decimal period and no "comma" between thousands
