Did you set these sensors to be logged in the database at the Extra Sensors page?

Do you have access to phpMyAdmin? You could look inside the alldataExtra table what you have for TIN and HIN parameters

Hi,
I have the same problem. In the extra sensors options I have checked - save in database, but in myphpadmin the alldataExtra table is empty. What can I do to save data to the database?

My site

Again, I need to see link to your page and make sure you have TIN and HIN enabled in the extra sensors page and most importnalty that whatever software you use is actually sending this data.

My fault, I installed the bug fixes package 15.0 and everything works. Thank you for your answer.
