Well, that wasn't so difficult and don't think I've caused any security issues but simply changed the summary folder to 0755 from 0700 and voila, the summary appeared.

Yes, you wouldn't know it by the weather but we are on BST (UTC+1) until the 27th October

I'm still working my way through the WIKI but think you just need to save your current layout then reset back to the default layout (making sure you don't overwrite the previously saved template).
