It seems that your file has no header.
Had it before, start over from the original file.
The fields and the header set up must be correct.
Use test import, it should work.

Did you set your timezone correctly in the main settings page?

I checked the php script for the graphcombined block and I think the offset is just your timezone which is not in sync with the graph x axis.

Hi, when I check your site http://www.sunset-weather.com/template/indexDesktop.php, and check your 'offset' it's not 5 hours but 1 hour just like with me, (i put my cursor on midnight of a date, and it shows not 00:00 but 01:00). Also you should see, as you said the data when you hover over a graph....
