Re: meteotemplate php 8.0/8.1
I have just found this post following a notification from One.Com that they have moved to PHP 8.0. With 8.0 the template doesn't respond which reading the above was expected. I was able to force a move back to 7.4 but this will cease on 28th November. My immediate thought was to abandon the weather ...

PHP 7.4 -> 8.0
I have just received this notification and wonder if Meteotemplate will continue to work without issues. The note suggests that I might so I am worried. I can revert back to 7.4 but it is hassle I do not want. Here is the message I received:- "During the first weeks of November, we will change ...

Re: Steel Series stopped working.
I needed to wait until the next morning and without doing anything it is back on. I'll never understand confusers as my Denver friend would say.

Steel Series stopped working.
I have had SS Gaugesworking for well over 12 months now but now it has stopped. My weather data is captured from a VP2+ and I use a Meteobridge Pro to FTP data to MySQL. I have checked the files and they are being updated every 15 seconds. I had to return the Meteobridge to smartbedded in Germany fo...

Radar UK Block Problem
I have a Block line as multipleBlock(radarUK,33;windy,34;lightning,33). The radarUK comes up with a Google message stating - "This page can't load Google Maps correctly." "Am I the owner" etc. The map has many instances of "For Development Purposes Only" Obviously somet...

Re: World Weather
I have just removed World Weather from my desktop page. The World Weather Block is obviously still showing on the Installed Block page but there is no dustbin icon. Is it just a question of deleting the Block via ftp.

Re: Signature Query
Maybe I am not explaining well.
Please see a snapshot of the icon image in white with part of the default icon behind in black. Is this what you meant by black bg?

Signature Query
I have been adjusting my signature sticker. When I changed the weather station icon from a dark to light VP2+ I am seeing the default (dark) image underneath. I completely removed the sticker plugin and added a new download but this hasn't cured the very minor issue.
Any ideas please?

The passes list appear to show passes that are 10 degrees above the horizon at my location. Is there any way that this number can be adjusted to say 45 degrees? 10 degrees in our polluted atmosphere isn't a lot of use to me.

Re: radarUK
Just opened my experimental meteotemplate page and the radarUK has opened correctly. Maybe Google were having a glitch! Thanks for your replies and advice Johnny.

Re: radarUK
Thanks Johnny. I had actually forgotten this entry but it was already there. Seems something has changed with Google Maps. There has been a billing change 18th July so maybe that is something to do with it. Looking at the Google API request section there are lots of API choices so I am not sure whic...

My radarUK image now has the following caption. Screen Shot 2018-08-04 at 08.48.01.png It had been working yesterday. I have looked at the Block settings and the API for MetOffice is still in place. It seems it is to do with Google Maps. I have a Google API Key but I cannot remember where this might...

Re: Layout query
Thanks for the reply I understand the Header idea - most useful. It's the main area that I am querying in that you are able to add - say three blocks in a single column using multi blocks. In the example it shows three in a column that appear to be in windows that have rounded corners. How is this a...

Layout query
I am still at the stage of seeing what is available in terms of layout. I have been looking at other peoples pages just to get ideas. One such page http://weather.curtisfamily.org.uk/indexDesktop.php shows what I assume is the ssGauges in a header and then in the next section are three separate bloc...
