Datalogger
Hi Hi have a Davis Vantage Pro 2, I am working on a MAC and use currently meteobridge which then loads data into Meteotemplate. Being generally happy with Meteobridge, sometimes I have data gaps not only b/c of power outages, but also b/c MB does not receive all signals properly from the ISS, while ...

Re: Fixed Bootstrap Mobile feature request
I also would prefer the option „ today“, as already stated, it makes more sense to scroll down and having important info ( like todays min/max) rather than zooming in and choose an option from empty default.

Power Outages
Hi I open this post since we had several power outages over the course of the last weeks that we are not used to have. I am using Meteobridge. My question is whether there is a way to recover the lost data? My understanding is that as long as Internet is not available (while Meteobridge power is on)...

Re: Rain Measurement under heating conditions
Hi Lespius The main advantage is indeed that the heater acts in a switch on/off mode depending on a threshold temperature. On the heater I bought from Markus I can specify the temperature that triggers the heater on (e.g. 2 degree). There is also a hysteresis temperature that avoids to trigger heate...

Rain Measurement under heating conditions
Hi I want to share some experience with you, in particular regarding the rain-measurement. I am highly interested in precise rain measurement, as such I always compare with an other rain-gauge that is located just next to my weather station (serving as a reliable reference.). Being aware of possible...

Re: Temperature Analysis
Hi In my opinion this is a very nice and important plugin to see temperature dynamics against the normal. The first analysis focuses on a balance (running average on different time periods) where you can see whether it was relatively cold or warm during a pre-specified time period (7d,30d,60d, etc)....

Re: Weewx and meteoteplate data reporting
Hi rjuricic
Just wondering what was you rationale to switch from Meteobridge to Weewx? What is your experience with Weewx so far?
I am currently using Meteobridge.
Thx

Evapotranspiration (evapo)
Hi I do not know how many of you are using meteobridge. Generally being very happy with meteobridge (also in connection to Meteotemplate) there is one thing I hope that it will be implemented soon, the evapotranspiration. Although being visible on my Davis Screen, evapo still does not work in Meteob...

Re: Davis Vantage: new rain collector
Hi Right, for those of us having snow (at least sometime) it is of an important disadvantage that the new rain cone does not have a suitable heating element. Having the "normal" rain cone I am comparing rain quantity against Hellmann and it seems that my davis is reporting at the lower end...

Davis Vantage: new rain collector
Hi Davis Vantage issued a new rain collector that has another shape to the previous one. I would like to ask members about their experience they made with the new rain collector. I am asking me whether this is indeed an improved shape to measure rain fall more accurately during heavy wind conditions...
