Thanks from me as well Jachym, the update went like a charm on both my sites. Thank you for all your hard work - it's really appreciated. Really like the new block update and install feature.

For those who have done modifications - as me...
First of all let me say that the update works without problems. The only error I got was a file not able to be updated because of wrong ftp permissions (in my case ./pages/station/climate.php). But this was the only red x that the script responded, all others were green checkmarks.
And because the update script is smart enough to tell things like this it was no matter to cure the problem and upload this single file manual.
To those of us that have done mods to the template (and I have to say that I really did some) I have the following hint: Every change you make notice it down on a piece of paper - so after an update like this one it is much easier for someone to take advantage of a new version but to have the look & feel of your website / homepage as you liked it before the update. For me I have really done a couple of changes in CSS but also in the code, only thing I forget to note was a single CSS to change (now written down!).
What I want to say is that even with my (excessive) usage of the template the update works like a charm - great work Jachym! Thanks a lot & keep on your Template!

Re: Installation of Version 16
Hi,
I can also confirm that the update went very easy and pretty fast. I have already tested the automatic block and plugins update feature and this is working perfectly. Thanks a lot for that great update Jachym, i can only say it was well worth the wait.
Keep up the great work.
Georg

Well worth the wait

Was it really that long since the last one?

Re: Installation of Version 16
The update went without a glitch www.komokaweather.com/j-template. The only problem
is that the Install new blocks showed I was missing 9 blocks, (the new radarIE, radarSK and norwayRadar) and the others were the extra sensors, netAtmo, and grlevelX blocks which I don't have
Everything else up to date
Well done!

Re: Installation of Version 16
update succesfull from my site, everything’s showing green light
Well done Jachym, thanks once again for your great work!
Just a little question, after that, to save space on server, shall can I delete the 'update_15' folder, and/or something else that is no more necessary?
thanks in advance for any comments
cheers
Norbert

Hi,
yes, you can delete both, 15 and 16, they are no longer necessary

Re: Installation of Version 16
Super easy to update. I’m having my own issue with block and plugin updates which will hopefully resolve on their own (current version on server shows 0.0). Thanks Jachym for making it easier and easier.

Re: Installation of Version 16
Simple and fast installation. Wonderful work. Everything works on desktop as on smartphone with no bug.
All the parameters work well and I find it very good to be able to enter its own average in temperature and rain.
Bravo jachym And thank you
Ps: sorry, Translated with Google.

Re: Installation of Version 16
I agree with that
Mentioning the word combination "windows update" when talking to me is strictly forbidden. As a Linux user, forced to use Win7 at work and also help colleagues with it, I truly hate it, it is almost unbelievable that such large company came up with this.
If I wanted to design something as troublesome as possible, I probably wouldnt come up with something this bad.
