Custom page syntax

This maybe a stupid question but what is the syntax to insert a custom page in a menu Tab, at the moment I have a menu tab labeled Local Hero which links via a direct url to a custom page, this does not allow me to add the plugin Antartica to the tab so I have had to attach it to another tab Antarctic Weather, would like to have something like
Local Hero (main Tab)
custom page (Frank Wild)
Antarctic Weather (Antarctica plugin)

Not sure if this makes any sense

Try this: in Menu setup, add new tab : screenshot 1

then edit and enter this: screenshot 2

of course, you'll want to change the icon, choose one from the list!
