The ISS Tracker never completes. It seems to just spin with no data and no map. I tried different browsers but it still appears to not work. I noticed an earlier post from 2018, but that appeared to be only about google maps.

You are right, the javascript console of firefox shows that mixed content was blocked ( https and http )
Not all browser permit 'mixed loading', for example seamonkey works ok

IT works on chrome but you have to set the site settings to allow insecure content.
