Help please for a New user saving setup file

Hi
Just trying to setup the Web site. on a Hosted web server (Hostopia)
Managed to get the SQL Database and Myphp admin all set up ok after a few trys.
Uploaded all files to /public/template/
Ran setup ok and filled in all boxes. but when I try to save it I get an error message saying
"Check your paths Make sure it contains http:// as specified in the Wiki "

As far as I know there was no option asking for htttp:// Info.

I am sure it just me being dim, This is the first time I have used php and SQL so all a step learning curve for me
Any help would be great

By the way It looks great and I can not wait to see it up and running on my site.
Must have taken a lot of very hard work to design and get working.

just an idea:
Main setup: section Paths, Page URL: did you fill in your website URL with http:// at the beginning?
