Re: warningsau
@tpweather - sorry but I've only just seen your message. I gave the location where the file was on my system. I suggest that you grep for 'file_get_contents' and see which one(s) are in an appropriate place and probably look something like '"$html = file_get_contents($url)". By the way, I ...

Re: warningsau
I had a very similar problem with one of the skins for weewx - it turns out that the BoM requires a "User-Agent" entry in the HTTP header that retrieves the data. NOTE: USE THE FOLLOWING AT YOUR OWN RISK I edited the 'currentAustraliaBlockLoader.php' file at around line 64 to change: $html...

Support for iOS.
I know that there are 'work around's available and that this is more a background technical thing but it would open a new market.

Re: Looking for settings for McMurdo Station, Antarctica
I see they just barely broke "0" degress and heading into their spring if you can call it that... :) Sorry but the Southern Hemisphere is in the last month of Autumn (Fall) at the moment (mid May). Spring is a whole Winter away! (BTW, in Australia (at least) we use the start of months for...

Re: G'Day from Tom Price Western Australia
Won't that be rather a boring weather station: always 32C, no rain, low humidity
Welcome. What is the weather station you are connecting to?

Re: High CPU usage after API data import
Well I commented out the 'ALTER TABLE...' code in api.php and the processing time dropped from several minutes (admittedly the first minute was spent fighting for the CPU with WeeWx itself) to so small I can't measure it using tools such as 'top'. Based on my experience I would certainly recommend t...

High CPU usage after API data import
I'm running MT on a Raspberry Pi (RPI Model B, single core) and, while it works, I've noticed that the CPU usage shoots up to 100% for a minute or two after each time WeeWx writes its 'current' data via the API. (It does this every 5 minutes) Looking at the 'api.php' script I can see where the data ...

Re: Background to radarAU rain radar image missing
Now you have a new user a bit confused.
I'm talking about the 2nd of the images you show. I picked up from the "Blocks" web page and I have installed it as a block on the main web site page. However you refer to that as a plug-in!

Background to radarAU rain radar image missing
(I'm very new to Meteotemplate but I've looked around and not seen any mention of this block - please forgive any oversight on my part.) I've loaded up the 'radarAU' (2.0) block and placed in on my home page. The left-hand side shows the satellite cloud image correctly. However the right hand side s...
