Well, after a lot of trial and error, I finally got it working with 755 for folders 744 for files

Can anyone tell me what the correct permissions are for the webcam folder and below

I have a different issue.
All my images that are saved in the images folder are being saved with 0 size

Any ideas?

Icon not changing to dark color when background is light

Mine is doing the same thing right now.
Current condition are Windy, mostly cloudy. However the image in the banner is Lighning

maybe it is showing wrong image for rainy day. I have never seen a rain type image displayed. It always displays as lighning when it rains.

Is it possible to expand the conditions in the interactive banner. For example, A rainy day is displayed as a thunder storm.

OK, this is probably more likely to be a missing ZIP handling extension in PHP. Also I see some errors on your homepage, network issues with blocks.
