Longyearbyen, Norway, coordinates 78.2232° N, 15.6267° E, time zone from https://www.php.net/manual/en/timezones.php showing Arctic/Longyearbyen. The World Time block shows 24 hours of night and it is 24 hours of daylight. I see there is no sunrise or sunset therefore the program derives constant night. Is there a fix for this?
Leave it to me to find a setting that blows up a script.

That, sir, is the solution to the problem. I tried a number of different things but pigs fly much better than I do PHP scripting. Thank you.
