I was really excited to see an air traffic plugin since I also provide ADS-B data to various sites. I installed the plugin and it shows up. However there's no setting for it and I'm not sure what to do with it. The instructions explain to unzip it and place it in the plugin folder. As far as the settings go there is none. Does this plugin work with a specific map? Seems like it's more of a block but I'm not getting it I guess. Any insight?

You installed it correctly: http://www.joelcrawley.com/template/plu ... /index.php
As you say there is no setup for this plugin.
I think you need a full-fledged menu to access your pages ( see the wiki )
To start you can simply click the 'Generate Default Menu' button ( found in meteotemplate control panel->menu )
Then continue to add/remove/configure/move each submenu line as you prefer.

Ah. Ok. That makes sense. Yeah I don't have my menu set up yet. I'm still in the setup phase. Thanks.
