riset small issue

riset small issue

I noticed a small issue with the riset block.

moon rises at 1AM, culmination point (zenit) is at 16u43, and sets at 8u27 (am).

should the culmination point not be at 4u43 (am), rather then 16u43 PM.

sorry if I'm wrong....

You can try ver 7.3 it should fix the issue
