Being asked to update stationDeviation block but cannot find it in the blocks list (unless I'm going blind)has it changed to Daily Deviation

It is labeled as Deviations on the Blocks page

The namespace is not always 100% same as the block name, this has several reasons, for example I dont want a block and plugin with same name etc.

Tip: On the Blocks page, click table list on the left and you have a table with name/namespace match
