Setting solar radiation in main setup to 'yes' makes data disappears

Post by Meteo Heijningen » Wed Aug 14, 2024 3:08 pm

Since a couple of days I have a new weatherstation which also measures solar radiation. The problem is when I set the solar radiation in the main setup to 'Yes' all data in the block 'Current' disappears! Setting this to 'No' again all data is back. Same for the block Stationdata as soon as I add the 'S' the data is gone. I can only see the solar radiation in the block 'current', I've added the 'S' and the solar radiation is visible along with the corresponding data.
I've no idea why this is happening so would be glad to get some help.

Thanks
Eddy

Strange,
Can you check your database values if all are correct when "solar" is enabled?
You will see this in control panel - database - edit data.

I just set the solar radition to 'yes'. Values in the block current not visible, and edit the database, all values looked ok but strange enough the solar radiation field was empty no values at all. So next question is where is the solar radiation stored as Meteobridge is sending the value cause if I goto apisetup its there and!!!!

Thanks

It looks like it's working now I did a database update and put the solar radiation to yes and all values still there, also in the station data block including solar radiation.
Problem solved

Thanks for the help

Apparently not completely solved as this morning at 07:20 the solar radiation value is not stored in the database anymore, fields are completely empty! The correct value is still displayed at the homepage and in the blocks, I checked meteobridge nothing wrong there.
Wondering why the value is not stored anymore, anyone any idea?

Thanks
Eddy

Also this one solved, In the main setup the max. limit for solar radiation has been set to 20, I changed it to 1400 and then the value was stored again. Apparently when a value exceeds the limit (that happened at 07:20) it's not stored anymore.

Thanks
Eddy
