Return to Meteotemplate

Post by stewart45 » Thu Nov 28, 2024 2:59 pm

After a long absence from Meteobridge and change in weather station (Ecowitt HP2564AE) thinking of looking at it again, at the moment using pws-dashboard https://www.skeltonweather.uk/index.php
Is meteobridge still supported and is the software still downloadable welcome any feedback

Hi,

yes and no :D . MT is currently suffering from some issues which make it hard to run with PHP 8.x, a lot of pages are modified, but others not.
I know that Jachym is very very short in time and actually I do no know when he will fix the rest.
The official release 19 for PHP 8 has an error which does not allow to install blocks, a fixed version can be attached in forum.
If someone is skilled with PHP he can fix installed pages by himself.
But IMHO Meteotemplate can not be used "out-of-the-box" when using PHP 8.x.
When using old (and outdated) PHP 7.4 all should be running.
