Change the text on a drop down menu.

Is it possible to change the text that is displayed on the drop down?

For me, Air Quality US needs to read "Air Quality Detroit"
and Air Quality World needs to read "Air Quality Port Huron"
I am not opposed to editing the Block.php, but I know Jachym has some names due to language translations, and I don't want to screw things up.
The more you play with this, the more you have to really read things, but I am getting there. I think I have done my home page layout 20 times already.

The problem in this case is that I had two options:

1) let you specify the name - without the possibility to have it translated
2) set standardized names, which are in the lang files

I went for the latter
