Hi Bob,
did you install this block using the auto-install feature prior to the bug fix package release? Because there was a bug which caused the icons not being copied.
Solution is either re-downloading the block manually unzipping it and uploading to your template, or alternatively, apply the bug fix package (do that for sure) and then auto-install again.
