LangSwitch to Brasilian-Portugese show English
When 'br' is set as language the Brasilian flag is shown (which is good). The selected language is not Brasilian-Portugese but English.

It looks like the br language is not present on my system.
I did run Setup Administration Languages, so I expected al language files would be present.

It looks like the br language file on the meteotemplate site has no latest version timestamp.
Other languages do have a valid latest version timestamp.
This might be the cause the file is not sent when all languages are refreshed.
