Partner Stations block, wrong rain detection

Hello,
looking on my friend's website I noticed an unlikely wrong rain detection :o
today has not rained, - temp, hum and pressure values are right

Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Whats the WU ID of that station? Check at WU, this is 99% a problem with WU sending this number.
