SunMoon plugin error

I installed the sunMoon plugin and get the following error when I try to access it.

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /template/plugins/sunMoon/index.php on this server.
Server unable to read htaccess file, denying access to be safe
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I checked the permissions on the server side and they are set the same as others for the /template/plugins/sunMoon/index.php

Not sure what else to check?

Hi,
this is a permission error, Im afraid I cannot solve this from my perspective. It is hard to tell because I dont know your server configuration, all I can tell is that it is not a script issue. You could try re-uploading the file and see if that helps

Yes,
I checked all the FILE permissions.

SOLVED:
Turned out to be the FOLDER permissions.
