statistics all time min weird value

Okay so I have imported all my historical data into the database and I am seeing a weird issue with the temperature all time minimum value in statistics.

As per the attached screenshots my temperature all time minimum in the summary is showing as 12.6 but the real number is actually much lower and shows correctly in the year view. Am I doing something wrong here???

Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction. Am I misinterpreting what that number actually means? I expected it to be my all time low. As you can see the maximum has the same issue too.

whenever you change data in the database you need to clear the cache in the control panel
