Menu - Link - New Window?

anybody know if it is possible to build external links (links in the menu that open a new window or a new tab)?

Thanks guys, but that is not what I am asking for. Sorry for the confusing title of the thread, but I do not want to know how to link an external page or something similar, but rather I want to know how it is possible to open a link in the Meteotemplate menu in a new window / new tab, like:

I can't find a solution to implement the

target="_blank"

command when creating / editing a menu entry.
