Error while create config.php

Hi guy,
I have a problem with a setup of meteotemplate.
After compiling a setup page when click the save button, I receved this error:

Warning: file_put_contents(../config.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in D:\inetpub\webs\trilogysystemeu\meteo\install\createConfig.php on line 1022

Warning: chmod(): No such file or directory in D:\inetpub\webs\trilogysystemeu\meteo\install\createConfig.php on line 1023

and appar a popup with this error:
Config file could not be created! Check that permissions for the template root folder are set correctly to write files in there!

Ok the error il clear, my provider not permit a create file with a script, but I have this provider "Aruba".

Is possible to have a config.php file and fill in by hand ?

Hi,
if you cannot create any files by script then Im afraid there is no way you can use Meteotemplate. There are hundreds of files that need to be created and updated

I have never seen a provider blocking any file creation, is it a free hosting?

No, it's not a free host.

If I change the provider do I have to re-download the package?

not really, if you have the download file in your PC (the original ZIP file), then you simply upload it to a new server
