Not updating

The plugin update does not download or install from the Plugins Setup page. The blocks update does not download or install either from the Blocks Setup page.

All that happens is a white dialog box appears without text.

This was working earlier on with 16 and has not worked since.

I have installed the bug fix without fixing this issue. I am not sure if it is a permissions issue or not.

I have since installed 17 with no change.

It is possible that you may not be able to update automatically. Some people can't.

Hi,
either communication problem between your and my server, or also try F12 and check the console if you see any errors. Sometimes the issue is also https. Majority of people should now be able to use this feature, but there is still 1-2% of users for whom the only way to update things is manual FTP transfer
