Keeping Louisiana On The Map

Post by possumbelly1 » Thu Aug 24, 2017 10:14 pm

Shouting out from Plaucheville Louisiana. Last I checked the user map, I'm the only one running meteotemplate in Louisiana.

Anyway, Just a guy who likes to tinker with things. Also, using the template to teach myself to dig into CSS, PHP, & HTML. Jachym's code is a wonderful teacher.

Check out my customized Current Conditions Block (desktop only)

Working on learning about mobile CSS to tweak the mobile site as well.

Hi possumbelly1 from England, nice MT homepage, less is more as they say. Your custom block looks good, like Jachym you must be quite skilled to be able to do this.

Thanks. I removed the links to toggle the conversion. It's not something I needed on a small rural site for my backyard.

It will not make any difference to loading speed etc. so I would just enable it. Either people will simply never use it and in case someone wants to, why not give them the choice.

I found your site when I was searching for people close to me using this same template. Love the site. I think the customization that you have done is very cool.
