How many do backups of your db? If so, how often? Doing a little research, looks like i can use a cron job within cpanel to do an automatic db backup. Dont really know how often to do so.

I perform a backup once every 2 months.
Frequency is preference. Some backup more frequently, while others backup less frequently.
