I don't know if it's possible to add a feature to the purpleAir block (a version 2?) to be able to collect the data from the purpleair sensor with a cron job and keep it in a field in the database, then we can get history and graph as the regular graphic for the weather sensor.

the problem is that I really try to avoid doing anything I cannot test myself. This is why there is no historical views of extra sensors, only current conditions. Introducing a cron job, then testing if it works, creating scripts using some real data.... I guess this has to be done by someone who owns these sensors/devices. I tried this with WxSim and based on my experience I never want to do it again... it was a nightmare constantly trying to fix it and having no idea why it does not work and relying on someone else to test it
