Meteotemplate seems to have completely failed

I the past week my Meteotemplate website seems to have completely failed. I even tried a restore of a version from a backup done before the issue started. No luck. The best way to describe what has happened is to go to my site at http://mtp.elgheko.us. I would be grateful for any suggestions how to correct this issue.

Seeing as no one has yet been able to give me any idea as to what is going on here, even after restoring the MTP directory, I am going to do a complete reinstall. Seems like a radical thing to do, but at the moment I have no other idea what to do. I have renamed my current folder from mtp to mto-O (for Original).
