Tides Block

Post by John B » Tue Sep 05, 2017 11:28 pm

Yesterday I added the Tides block to my site. It worked.

Today it's reporting data not available. I've been to the site and it's showing there. Have they changed the format?

Sorry, but yesterday I didn't take much notice of the layout so cannot compare. Is anyone else in the same boat?

Cheers,
John

Delete the cache and see if that helps

Thanks, Jáchym, but it didn't work.

I deleted the cache and refreshed the site.

The new cache contains just:

Code: Select all

<html><body>You are being <a href="https://www.tide-forecast.com/tides/Sydney.latest">redirected</a>.</body></html>
HOWEVER, after a couple of false efforts it has become again operational. You might note the .latest at the end of that false address (rather than /latest). Anyway, it's now working - and I'll keep a sharp eye on it.

Cheers, you insomniac,
John
