Greetings from the Basque Country - Spain

A cordial greeting to all the members of the forum.
I am a 78 year old man who lives very close to Bilbao airport (Basque Country - North of Spain).
Meteotemplate seems to me an admirable work and my congratulations to its author.
I have a Netamo weather station and I am trying to install Meteotemplate on a personal web server, running LAMP on a Raspberry PI 3. Despite the many hours of work I have not been able to successfully complete the installation.
I can show the script setup.php on any of my three computers in the local area network. The "Server Check", tells me everything is correct. But "Check MySQL", returns an error message.
I will order my data and my doubts to raise the problem in the forum.
