Error on home button

Yesterday I started getting a "404" error when clicking on the Home button :

An error 404 (WRONG PAGE) occurred when access to a non-existant page was attempted.
This is because the page that was requested either does not exist or because
You have reached the last page of the Internet! Sorry.

Any suggestions as to what is happening here?

I think you have a permission error. when I try to goto your site I get the forbidden response.

This message is 3-4 hours after your post and it was working fine for me. No errors, no 404's

My ISP looked into it and told me I was missing the index file. I probably accidentally deleted the file when I was doing some maintenance.
