CURRENT conditions block not showing Windchill or Heat Index

Windchill and Heat index coming up blank. What could I have possibly deleted or disabled to cause this?

Wind chill as well as heat index are only calculated under certain conditions.

Wind chill is defined if I remember correctly when the T is < 5 or 10°C, and with a certain minimum wind speed.

Heat index is only calculated when T > 26°C
