riset block quit

Post by BlueBear » Sat Feb 02, 2019 4:46 pm

My hosting company did an upgrade to my package and the riset block no longer works! I also noticed that the lite mobile pages doesn't load either.

Suspect a php setting that needs to be turned on but no idea which!

Ideas?
Bill

Yes I see it does not work. Did you try to reinstall a clean riset block from Jachym's site? I really don't understand since everything else works. Do you know if the PHP version was change as that's the only thing I can think of. If I remember right PHP version 5.3 and lower no longer are supported since December 31st 2018. Check that and let us know.

Yes re-downloading the block and re-installing was the first thing I did!
PHP version 7.1 or 7.2 two different ways to check and they give slightly different versions :o

Thanks for the input, I'll keep looking!
