ver7.1
I have updated the block as it shows the moon transit time incorrectly ( at least in some conditions )
I have also added an option to show the moon position ( along the sun's one )

ver7.2
Reordered moon phases 'by time'

ver7.3
Corrected display of 'lacking phase in the day' ( for example on 1th April 2021 there is no moon rise )

I've downloaded latest riset but it doesn't show the sun in updated (new) version. It works in the legacy look.
Not sure why.
You can see at https://www.shermanctweather.org/meteo/indexDesktop.php
Thanks, Tom

Hi,
I switched over to PHP8.1 (had to do this before the end of this week) All seems to work well after updating. Doing tests now and having problem with the riset block, After updating from 7.3 to 7.7 still getting a warning:

Warning: Undefined variable $showMoonPosition in /customers/e/8/4/famgladdines.nl/httpd.www/meteotemplate/template/homepage/blocks/riset/settings.php on line 8

Also found out that the block aurora is not working on 8.1

Thanks
Eddy

Hi all,

The problem with the riset block solved.

The cause of the warning was a $ too many in the code:

<?php
// riset settings file
// Version: 7.3
// Created: 2022-11-23 12:26:15

$autoOpenRiset = false;
$showStatPosition = true;
$$showMoonPosition = true;

After removing the second $ sign, so its now $showMoonPosition = true;, it worked again.

For the aurora block still need some help I guess but I will give it a try.

Cheers
Eddy

ver 7.8
- removed warnings/deprecation for php 8 ( a few seconds difference, respect to previous version, in times )
- corrected time scale and timezone in graph
- added option to colorize sun graph
- corrections for areas above polar circles

P.S.
Stock meteotemplate 18.0/19.0 function.php script did not work for me on php 8.2, the attached one fixes it, uncompress in your scripts folder

thx! nice work!

I did not need to update the functions.php, it worked,

it only had influence on the stock version?

i did it anyway, no influence on previous version (header, moon,...)?

(i have a backup just in case).

ps: until now your rain api mod works good! thank you man!!

grtz

Alex
