Check if plug-in is install

Post by scadie » Sun Sep 24, 2017 1:24 pm

Hi Jachym,

Suggestion for a futur release (Version 17, 18, etc.... ) When we are in the admin section, if it's possible, it will be good to get the same screen as Install New Blocks without the installation process.

Then we can get a list of all the existing plug-in available and only see if it's already install or not.

Presently, what I'm doing, is to print a list of all my plug-in and compare with your list in the meteotemplate web site.

As mention, it's not to install the plug-in, it's just to compare what we have with what exist as you already do with the Install New Block section.

It's just a suggestion.

Have a good day.

Hi,
yes I see what you mean, installation isnt possible because the installation of plugins is not unified. I had a choice - include it and force you update also every single plugin you already have, or just leave it manual. I went for the latter, but what you are suggesting probably would work.
