There was a message on my site "Your cache directory is not writable! Make sure cache folder in template root is writable" How to fix where to put the folder?

It seems you don't have a template/cache directory ( maybe you accidentally removed it ).
Create one and make sure it has the same permission of the other folders ( ie. it is writable )

Thank you David, the "cache" folder was made, the inscription disappeared.
