I installed meteotemplate 18.0 on the server, created a Config file, when I open the site https://us5wac.com/indexDesktop.php, the image is not displayed. Please help.

Which PHP is running? I'd run the server check from the main setup.

Also, are you sure you have the baseURL set appropriately in the main setup?

Yes you have someting wrong in the configuration file config.php
Check in the first lines you should have:
$path = '/template/';

( with the ending slash )

Dear Daali! Installed version - php 5.6 It is possible to install another version.

On the site us5wac,com you installed meteotemplate in the root directory so you should set the variable path to:
$path = '/';

NOTE
The config.php you attached is relative to the site www.dragana.lviv.in

5.6 is ok sir. I would leave that alone for now until we get the config.php working well
