airQualityUS Broken - Easy to implement fix

OK ... I know that the new 19 is around the corner but I noticed this block was broken and came up with an easy fix using the AirNow EPA widget.
Download the replacement file here (PLEASE always keep a copy of the old file).

-Change the name of your displayed location in the title. Mine is 'Matthews, NC'
-Change the name of your desired location in the iframe line. Mine is "city=Matthews&state=NC"
Copy the new airQualityUSBlock.php file to your Block/airQualityUSBlock directory.
No settings changes or anything else to do. Should come out looking like this.
