Proposal for rain block

Hi,

Can we have a new parameter to choose to have the "last rain" information (date/time) always displayed under the gauges rather than having to click the "plus"?

BTW: What is the meaning of these ?
Today: % moy. (0.0mm)
This month: % moy. (1 Oct. - 23 Oct., 0.00mm)
This year: % moy. (1 Janv. - 23 Oct., 0.00mm)

If any link, in the settings, "Show comparison to average period if available." is set to false.

I been 'adjusting' the block code for a while to do just that.
